About Me
Hello!
I am delighted to introduce myself as a dedicated and passionate tennis coach, committed to helping players enhance their skills and develop a lifelong love for the game. Below, I share a brief overview of my tennis journey:
As a coach, I bring a comprehensive understanding of tennis, focusing on technique, strategy, and mental resilience. My mission is to inspire growth, instill discipline, and nurture a genuine passion for tennis. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, I am committed to supporting you in reaching your full potential.
I have been actively involved in USTA league play since 2015, gaining valuable insights into competitive tennis.
In 2016, I had the honor of representing my team at a USTA National event, competing against top-level players and refining my tennis and coaching skills.
As a USTA Level 1 Coach (certified since 2023) and USTA SafePlay approved, I prioritize safety, excellence, and fun in every coaching session.
I also hold a Level 1 United States Professional Tennis coaching certificate (PTR), utilizing the latest coaching methods to help you build skills and confidence.
Tennis is more than just an exciting sport; it's a lifelong activity that offers both physical fitness and mental engagement. Let's come together on the court and create unforgettable moments!
Looking forward to seeing you on the courts. Joe
My experience
Who I teach
What my lessons are like
- Deliver structured and engaging group and private lessons to junior and adult players. - Consistently follow PTR established curriculum to foster player improvement. - Provide structured, constructive feedback to players and communicate effectively with parents. Grading on B-D-C Scale. - Uphold professional standards and positively represent the Safe Sport values at all times. - Maintain clear and accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
How to prepare
Before your session, make sure you give yourself enough time to get ready both mentally and physically. I recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early so you’re not rushed and can properly stretch before we start. Taking those few extra minutes to loosen up will help you move better on court, reduce the risk of injury, and make the most out of our time together.
