I've been a lot of things in my life: professor, therapist, entrepreneur, but pickleball coach was not on the initial list. What began as a way to connect with some friends became a primary hobby over the course of a few months.

Pickleball is easy to learn and hard to master. That's both what I love about playing and coaching. When you've got a shot down, then the strategy comes into play. When you get the strategy, you've got to pick up a new shot. It takes patience, practice, and humility.

I've been playing for more than three years, sometimes competitively but most often for fun. I like learning and teaching, it's been a vocation for me outside of pickleball for a long time and I look forward to bringing that to my coaching.
