About Me

Hi, I’m Colleen!

I’ve been helping people improve their fitness and well-being for nearly 20 years as the owner of Elite Physique Personal Training, and for the past year I’ve had the joy of coaching countless pickleball players of all levels. As both a certified personal trainer and a PCI-certified Pickleball Instructor, I bring a unique blend of fitness expertise and on-court coaching to help players grow their game while staying strong, mobile, and injury-free.

Beyond skills and strategy, I believe pickleball is about connection. My lessons are fun, welcoming, and non-intimidating—designed to foster friendships, build confidence, and create community on and off the court. Many of my students tell me they not only improve their game but also walk away with new friends and a renewed love for the sport.

I’m proud to be part of the 2024 Florida Team Pickleball League State Champions, and my team recently took bronze at Nationals. Competing at a high level is exciting, but what I truly love is helping others discover the joy of pickleball, whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their play to the next level.

What my lessons are like

You can choose between two types of lessons based on your goals and needs: Bootcamp Lesson: This option combines fitness and pickleball. We’ll start with 20 minutes of conditioning, injury prevention, and agility exercises to help strengthen your body and improve your on-court performance. Then, we’ll move into drills, teaching, and gameplay to fine-tune your pickleball skills. Regular Lesson: This is a more traditional lesson focused on drills, technique, and gameplay, perfect for those who want to jump right into improving their pickleball skills. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness or just want to focus on your game, I’ll tailor each lesson to help you reach your goals.

How to prepare

Bring paddle, water, towel, and a fun attitude! Also please wear proper court shoes.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, no problem! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking.

If you would like to modify a lesson, you can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
