Coach Mark Livingston is a retired pickleball coach and teaching professional. During his 5-year career, he was a Certified Level 2 Coach through PCI, a Certified Level 1 Professional through PPR, and a Certified Level 2 Teaching Professional and Rating Specialist through IPTPA, where he was also a Director of a Training and Testing Center. He also earned a 4.5 player rating through IPTPA.

He previously was the Pickleball Coach and Teaching Pro at the Birch Bay Activity Center in Birch Bay, Washington from July 2020 to July 2024 before moving back to North Carolina to be closer to family and new grandson.

During his time in the PNW, Coach Mark accumulated 5,000 hours of on-court coaching experience working with players of all ages and skill levels. In addition, Coach Mark played in 50 pickleball tournament events at the 4.0 and 4.5 levels in Washington and while snowbirding in Arizona. He won 27 medals across these doubles and singles events.
