Spring Tournament (Women’s 3.0 to 3.75)

Note: Section times are subject to change based on player counts

Registration Rules:

You must have a 2-person team to enter

Teams must have an average combined rating between 3.0 and 3.75

Both players must be rated between 2.75 and 3.75

Entry fees are $60 per person, adjusted for applicable member discounts. You will not be charged until the day of the tournament.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance of the event in order to allow time for us to find another team.

Tournament Rules:

For the qualification round, a full round robin will be played (with each team playing the other teams). Games will be side-out scoring to 11, win by 1. Game results will be submitted to DUPR.

If there is time at the conclusion of the round robin (e.g., if there are only 6 or fewer teams in the round robin), the top 2 teams will compete for first place, while the next two teams will compete for 3rd place. Any remaining teams will be able to continue playing DUPR challenge match games on Pickleville’s third court until conclusion of the tournament.

Gold and bronze medal games will be side-out scoring to 11 (or 15, time permitting), win by 2. Game results will be submitted to DUPR.

If there is not time at the conclusion of the round robin (e.g., if there are 7 teams in the section), then round robin standings (win record, point differential) will determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Players on the winning team will win a Pickleville merchandise package, and $30 in Gotham account credits.

Players on the second place team will receive a Pickleville hat and $15 in Gotham credits.
