Guided Drill - Players at Baseline vs Kitchen (7–11 Games & Drills)The 7-11 drill is designed to improve your shot accuracy, control, and decision-making - all key elements for new players.
Drill Technique:
Two players start at the baseline while two players begin at the Kitchen. The Kitchen team initiates the rally, and points are played out with a focus on baseline players getting to the Kitchen.
This drill builds patience and consistency in common rally situations.

Play With a Pro +3 Intermediate 3.5Play with a Pro (1.5 hour - High Intermediate): 3 Participants will play out points/games with coach John Manuzza. Each session will have a specific focus (e.g. court position; shot patterns) but feedback on all aspects of the game will be given throughout the session. This enables students to learn real time what they can do to improve their game and to better understand what might be holding them back. This works best if people sign up for the right level and/or with others they know are at a similar level as them.

PKLYN Experienced Beginner OR Intermediate ACDMY
This program will run weekly on Mondays for six weeks starting on May 18th.
NEW SIGN-UP PROCESS = MUST READ -> ALL REGISTRANTS ARE PENDING APPROVAL. PLACEMENT IS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE START DATE.
ACDMY sessions are initially open to two adjacent levels (e.g., Experienced Beginner AND Intermediate). However, sessions will run as one single level, not a mixed-level group. The final level (Exp B or Int) will be determined based on registrant availability and overall level from the pool of players.
When signing up, select the level your current level and only register for sessions that include your level.
Example: If you’re an Experienced Beginner, you may register for sessions listed as Experienced Beginner / Intermediate that fit your schedule.
We strongly encourage you to register for all eligible sessions that work for you, as this increases your chances of placement. You will not be charged for multiple ACDMYs.
By default, we assume each applicant intends to enroll in one 6-week ACDMY, even if they register for multiple sessions. Registering for multiple eligible sessions simply helps us place you in the best possible group. All registrations are pending review. You will not be charged until your ACDMY session is finalized.
Once a group is formed for a specific time slot, we will confirm the class and notify participants of their placement. Approved registrants will be charged 7–14 days before the session start date.
If you can no longer attend a session you indicated availability for, PLEASE remove yourself more than 14 days before the start date to avoid being charged.
If you’d like to commit to multiple ACDMY sessions simultaneously (e.g., two or three programs running during the same 6-week period), please email [email protected] so we can plan accordingly.

Our goal is to place you in the group where you’ll get the most out of the experience - sometimes you're the weakest and sometimes you're the strongest but that won't stop you from gaining a ton from the curriculum, drills and coaching staff.
ACDMY classes maintain a maximum 4:1 instructor-to-student ratio. Depending on interest for a given level and time slot, classes may include 8 or 12 students with 2 or 3 instructors.
Note: Many players take the same ACDMY level more than once. The curriculum evolves based on the group and is not static.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available up to 5 days (120 hours) prior to the start of the 6-week academy in the form of account credit (minus credit card fees).
There is no prorating for missed sessions. If PKLYN cancels for any reason, participants receive a full refund to original form of payment within 3–5 business days.
If you cannot attend, you may offer your spot to a friend of similar level.

Live Ball is a fast paced fun pro fed King/Queen of the court game!
Two players on the baseline and the two players on the opposite side at kitchen are K&Q. 1-2 players off waiting.
The pro feeds a ball from beside the net to the challengers at the baseline and the point is played out. If the challengers lose the point, they quickly move off the court and the players off the court get into position as the pro immediately feeds the next ball. If the challengers win the point, another ball is fed immediately.
If challengers win 3 pts in a row, they become king and queen.
After a few rounds partners rotate.Very fast past. Rotations and feeds are quick.

This is for the beginners that are still trying to grasp the rules of the game, and how to play properly. A coach will be with you through out the session to help you with the rules and rotation.
Open Play sessions are designed for you to play with others at your skill level. Come by yourself or with a friend and meet other players.
Rotation:
6 players max per court.
Play 2 games, sit 1
(If there are 5 players, Play 3 games, sit 1)
Winners stay & split
First game only: Defeated team comes off and stacks.
Remaining games: Play 2 consecutive games whether you win or not.
Lounge Access: Feel free to hangout and enjoy the off-court facility for the same duration as your reservation.
Check-In: Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly and check-in when entering the building. Late fees may apply for those who arrive more than 10 min late.
Cleanliness Policy: At Velto we want you to feel at home, so we ask you to please treat it as such. We have made sure to make Velto a place where you can relax and have fun at the same time. So please avoid leaving the balls and trash scattered around the facility after your session. There are ball baskets and trash bins around the courts and lounges for your convenience.

We’ll work on improving rally consistency, understanding when to drop, dink, or drive, and developing better footwork and court awareness. Expect a mix of drills, live play, and coaching to help you level up in a supportive, low-pressure setting.

This program will run weekly on Fridays for six weeks starting on May 22nd.

ACDMY sessions are initially open to two adjacent levels (e.g., High Intermediate AND Advanced). However, sessions will run as one single level, not a mixed-level group. The final level (High Int Or Advanced) will be determined based on registrant availability and overall level from the pool of players.
When signing up, select the level your current level and only register for sessions that include your level.
Example: If you’re High Intermediate, you may register for sessions listed as High Intermediate Or Advanced that fit your schedule.
We strongly encourage you to register for all eligible sessions that work for you, as this increases your chances of placement. You will not be charged for multiple ACDMYs.
By default, we assume each applicant intends to enroll in one 6-week ACDMY, even if they register for multiple sessions. Registering for multiple eligible sessions simply helps us place you in the best possible group. All registrations are pending review. You will not be charged until your ACDMY session is finalized.
Once a group is formed for a specific time slot, we will confirm the class and notify participants of their placement. Approved registrants will be charged 7–14 days before the session start date.
If you can no longer attend a session you indicated availability for, PLEASE remove yourself more than 14 days before the start date to avoid being charged.

Our goal is to place you in the group where you’ll get the most out of the experience - sometimes you're the weakest and sometimes you're the strongest player in your group, but that won't stop you from gaining a lot from the curriculum, drills and coaching staff.
ACDMY classes maintain a maximum 4:1 instructor-to-student ratio. Depending on interest for a given level and time slot, classes may include 8 or 12 students with 2 or 3 instructors.
Note: Many players take the same ACDMY level more than once. The curriculum evolves based on the group and is not static.

This session will be dedicated to understanding how to safely get to the non-volley-zone line so you have a better chance of winning hands-battles, forcing your opponents to play a soft game with you.

This session will be dedicated to learning how to generate an advantage within the first 2 shots of a point, either as the serving team or the returning team.

This is for the beginners that are still trying to grasp the rules of the game, and how to play properly. A coach will be with you through out the session to help you with the rules and rotation.
Open Play sessions are designed for you to play with others at your skill level. Come by yourself or with a friend and meet other players.

(If there are 5 players, Play 3 games, sit 1)
Winners stay & split
First game only: Defeated team comes off and stacks.
Remaining games: Play 2 consecutive games whether you win or not.

Check-In: Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly and check-in when entering the building. Late fees may apply for those who arrive more than 10 min late.
Cleanliness Policy: At Velto we want you to feel at home, so we ask you to please treat it as such. We have made sure to make Velto a place where you can relax and have fun at the same time. So please avoid leaving the balls and trash scattered around the facility after your session. There are ball baskets and trash bins around the courts and lounges for your convenience.

Two players on the baseline and the two players on the opposite side at kitchen are K&Q. 1-2 players off waiting.
The pro feeds a ball from beside the net to the challengers at the baseline and the point is played out. If the challengers lose the point, they quickly move off the court and the players off the court get into position as the pro immediately feeds the next ball. If the challengers win the point, another ball is fed immediately.
If challengers win 3 pts in a row, they become king and queen.

Understand the importance of getting to the kitchen line quickly and effectively. Many players at this level spend too much time stuck in the transition zone instead of advancing to the net.
Develop consistency by keeping serves and returns in play with confidence and control.
Improve ready position fundamentals by keeping the paddle up at the kitchen line and learning to react effectively on volleys.
Build rally consistency by sustaining 4–6 shot exchanges regularly during gameplay.

In this 3.0 to 3.5 bootcamp, we will cover
Develop consistency by keeping serves, returns, and third shots in play. Simply eliminating errors on these first three shots can make a huge difference in overall performance.
Get to the kitchen line on every rally with proper positioning and your paddle in a ready position.
Improve anticipation and defense against hard hitters (“bangers”) by staying low at the kitchen line, keeping the paddle up, and learning to punch volley third-shot drives effectively.
Build soft game control by sustaining at least 2–3 dinks consistently during rallies.

In this 3.5 to 4.0 bootcamp, we will cover
Develop the ability to land 80%+ of third-shot drops consistently, while also executing effective third-shot drives followed by controlled fifth-shot drops.
Keep serves and returns deep, aggressive, and consistent to apply pressure from the start of each rally.
Improve reset skills by consistently softening and neutralizing fast-paced shots during rallies.
Build patience and control by sustaining longer dink rallies with consistency and strategy.
Learn to execute speed-ups and counters efficiently, recognizing the right opportunities to attack and respond at the kitchen line.

Possible Skills to Include:
1. Dinking and Soft Game
This session will be dedicated to making you a threat at the kitchen line. By developing a framework to your dinking strategy, you can apply safe pressure to your opponents so you can generate a pop-up for you to smash.
2. Drops and Transitioning
This session will be dedicated to understanding how to safely get to the non-volley-zone line so you have a better chance of winning hands-battles, forcing your opponents to play a soft game with you.
3. Drives and Punch Volleys
This session will be dedicated to understanding both how to hit an aggressive drive and how to make your opponents pay for hitting one at you.
4. Serves and Returns
This session will be dedicated to learning how to generate an advantage within the first 2 shots of a point, either as the serving team or the returning team.
5. Lobs and Overheads
This session will be dedicated to learning how to hit an effective overhead smash, as well as how to handle one coming at you to stay in the point.
Juniors Coached Open Play
Juniors Coached Open Play (Ages 11 to 15)
This isn’t your average open play — it’s a coach-guided, feedback-rich session
designed to help you grow your game while having fun.
What to Expect:
2 hours of structured match play
Coach-led rotation system to ensure fresh matchups
Personalized tips and in-game feedback
Time for questions, breakdowns, and strategy advice
Max players per court: 6
Cancellation Policy: Full refund until 24 hours before the session starts. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a full charge.
Low Enrollment Cancellation: We will cancel sessions that do not have a sufficient number of players by 8pm the prior evening. You will not be charged and will receive a notice of the cancellation via email.

1. Mid-court Resets and Roll Volleys
This session will be dedicated to learning how to handle shots coming towards your feet in the mid-court, as well as how to effectively apply pressure when your opponents hit drop shots to you.
2. Drives and Punch Volleys
This session will be dedicated to understanding both how to hit an aggressive drive and how to handle one coming at you.
3. Drop Shots and Transitioning
This session will be dedicated to understanding how to safely get to the non-volley-zone line while maintaining potential to apply pressure during transition
4. Dinking and Cross Court Dinking
This session will be dedicated to making you a threat at the kitchen line. By developing a framework to your dinking strategy, you can apply safe pressure to your opponents so you can generate an effective attack on your opponents.
5. Speedups and Counters
This session will be dedicated to understanding the nuances of speedups and how they could be utilized to generate a pop-up for you to smash. This will also focus on the different ways to handle each type of speedup so you can punish your opponent for doing so.
6. Playing “Fast” and Poaching
This session will be dedicated to understanding how to adapt your game to your opponents if you are struggling to safely transition to the non-volley-zone line.
7. Offensive Lobs and Retrieving Lobs
This session will be dedicated to applying pressure with lobs so you can push your opponents back off the non-volley-zone line and gain an advantage in the point. It will also focus on how to handle situations where you are lobbed and need to re-transition to the non-volley-zone line.
High Intermediate Countering Bangers & ResetsOne player at the Kitchen, One Player at the Baseline. Player at the baseline works on their drives, players at the kitchen defend and counter. Players turn hard drives into controlled counters.
