By developing a framework to your dinking strategy, you can apply safe pressure to your opponents so you can generate a pop-up for you to smash. 2. Drops and Transitioning This session will be dedicated to understanding how to safely get to the non-volley-zone line so you have a better chance of winning hands-battles, forcing your opponents to play a soft game with you. 3. Drives and Punch Volleys This session will be dedicated to understanding both how to hit an aggressive drive and how to make your opponents pay for hitting one at you. 4. Serves and Returns This session will be dedicated to learning how to generate an advantage within the first 2 shots of a point, either as the serving team or the returning team. 5. Lobs and Overheads This session will be dedicated to learning how to hit an effective overhead smash, as well as how to handle one coming at you to stay in the point.
