At Bounce, our mission is to connect racket sports enthusiasts with the best courts, events, and resources across pickleball, tennis, padel, and more—making it easier to play, compete, and grow in the sports we love. Louisville's racket scene is thriving, with passionate players gathering for tournaments, social mixers, and skill-building sessions. As participation continues to soar—driven by the accessibility and fun of these sports—we're thrilled to introduce a partner that's transforming how players train. RFX has launched in Louisville, offering functional, tech-powered fitness classes that enhance strength, agility, and longevity for racket athletes of all levels.
RFX (https://www.rfxfitness.com/) takes a fresh approach to racket sports fitness, combining pickleball, tennis and padel with structured functional training to help you perform better and stay injury-free. Their 60-minute classes include a 5-minute dynamic warm-up to get you moving, 45 minutes of alternating fitness circuits (targeting lower and upper body with agility elements using bands, ladders, and markers) and collaborative player-led drills (emphasizing fun rallies and keeping the ball in play), and a 10-minute cool-down with stretches and reflection. This format not only sharpens your skills—like quicker footwork for pickleball or rotational power for tennis—but also focuses on preventative health, balancing muscles to reduce common strains.
For Bounce users in Louisville, RFX is a natural fit—complementing your court bookings and events with classes that build on the community spirit we all cherish. Track your progress through RFX's app, with features like HR zones, calorie insights, and streaks to keep you motivated.
Classes are already running at Play Pickleball Club 5 days per week.
