RFX Launches in St. Louis: Elevating Racket Sports Fitness for Pickleball, Tennis, and Padel Enthusiasts

At Bounce, we're all about connecting racket sports lovers with the best ways to play, train, and thrive in pickleball, tennis, padel, and beyond. From discovering local courts to joining community events, our platform celebrates the joy and growth in these dynamic sports. As the racket sports scene in St. Louis continues to flourish—with vibrant communities gathering for tournaments, leagues, and casual play—we're excited to spotlight a game-changing partner that's taking training to the next level. RFX (https://www.rfxfitness.com/), the innovative racket fitness program, has officially launched in St. Louis, bringing functional, data-driven classes that help players build strength, prevent injuries, and enhance performance across all racket sports.

RFX is designed with racket enthusiasts in mind, blending pickleball (and soon tennis and padel) with structured functional fitness for a complete workout experience. Their 60-minute classes feature a rhythmic format: a 5-minute dynamic warm-up to prime your body, 45 minutes of alternating fitness circuits (building lower and upper body strength with agility elements using bands, ladders, and markers) and collaborative player-led drills (focusing on keeping the ball in play for fun, skill-building rallies), and a 10-minute cool-down with stretches and reflection. This approach not only sharpens your on-court skills—think improved agility for pickleball volleys or power for tennis groundstrokes—but also emphasizes injury prevention and longevity, ensuring you stay in the game longer.

For our Bounce users in St. Louis, RFX adds incredible value: It's a perfect complement to the local racket scene, helping you connect with like-minded players while prioritizing health and progress through their app's tracking features (HR zones, calories, and streaks).

Classes have already started and more will be added as demand grows.
